Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

poor isolationmusty odor

My room had some notable drawbacks. The noise isolation was poor. I could clearly hear sounds from the adjacent room. there was a strange musty odor in the room (it wasn't overwhelming but noticeable). I also noticed the shower temperature was inconsistent.

Fantastic Stay!

The location is unbeatable! I found it a short walk from the bus and train stations. Exploring the city centre was so easy. The museums, galleries, and city gardens are very close. The staff were also friendly and check-in was simple. I was pleased my room was very clean with a comfy bed, and the bathroom was fully upgraded with a shower unit.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear conversations from the neighboring room.

The check in was easy because of the coded key box. My room was very clean and had a comfortable bed. Basic breakfast is provided and that included tea and coffee.

My room smelled unpleasant, it's true. The shower gave only cold water, I raised this at the reception. Staff said there a no refunds policy, they suggest checking facilities while staff can give another room.
